30-DAY WINDOW
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us through the Contact page with your order number (DR-XXXXXX) and we'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? Exchanges are free within the 30-day window, subject to stock. Limited drops may sell out — in that case we'll issue a full refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item arriving back at our studio.
